Patrick is the founder and Managing Partner of Source Legacy.  He started investing in real estate in 2018 and has developed many strong relationships in the industry.  He has a bachelor’s degree from Concordia University in Chicago and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2013.  Patrick is currently a sales professional and is taking his entrepreneurial focus and bringing it to the multifamily industry.  He believes building and creating relationships continues to be the foundation of making a business and partnership work.
